I just received my first session from Michelle. It felt like I fell in a time warp and slept for hours. I left feeling rested and rejuvenated. She also somehow made the pain I was feeling in my right arm feel better. I already can't wait to make another appointment. Highly recommend!!

My second Reiki session ever - my first was 15+ years ago! - and I don't know why I waited so long. Michelle is calm and kind and she has a warm and healing energy. The relaxing music she plays is great too! The effects of the session were immediately palpable. I felt comfortable and able to release tension and just be. The thoughts, images, and emotions that came up for me during the session were like lucid-dreaming and very creative. I didn't want it to end! I have already booked more reiki sessions with her and highly recommend Rise Reiki.
