Introduction: I am a professional multi-instrumentalist, composer, producer, and educator. I received my B.A. in ethnomusicology at UCLA and went on to head the music department at Fusion Academy, all while performing and recording with artists such as Ed Sheehan, Leonard Cohen, and Anderson. Paak. My debut record releases on March 17th on Alpha Pup records and will be available everywhere.
I love teaching based on my students and their interests, abilities, and personalities. Nothing makes me happier than seeing a student overcome an obstacle.

Jonah has been tutoring my son on the trombone for 4 years. My son has made great progress, joined a jazz band, and is inspired by Jonah's talent to practice which is key! Jonah is always a pleasure to work with and has very fair rates. He is also easy to comminicate with and punctual, hence the 5 stars.

When my son decided he wanted to play the Concertina, I was very supportive but didn't think I'd be able to find an instructor in the LA area. Jonah to the rescue! He was able to teach my son the mechanics of the instrument, notes, and how to play chords. Jonah's very patient but super effective, my son quickly learned to play many different songs. My favorite being the Game of Thrones Theme song! Polite and professional, I highly recommend him.
