Travis did an amazing job staging my listing. He really understood how to make the space feel comfortable and chic, without being cluttered. He did a warm minimalist look that made the rooms feel large and inviting. Everything photographed beautifully and that translated into incredible traffic at the open houses; people fell in love with the house and that translated into 21 offers way above asking! Travis was easy to work with, punctual and professional, and was all done at a price much lower than other stagers quoted. Fantastic job designing and overseeing the remodel of my 2 bdrm 1 bath condo. When I bought the condo, it was a fixer upper in MAJOR need of updating, and I was a little overwhelmed. But, after reviewing the space with me, Travis gathered swatches for everything and presented me with his design plan. He coordinated with contractors to do everything like completely re-tile the bathroom, widen doorways, install new counter tops and new flooring, and kept it all in my budget. He also chose great furnishings and window treatments, and now it really feels like home. I'm super happy with how everything turned out, highly recommend.

As a real estate photographer, I see a lot of staging, much of which looks alike and is very dated. Travis Wayne's style and aesthetic is very contemporary, clean, minimalist and very chic. It's new and fresh and very stylish. It makes a huge difference in how the house feels and presents in my images and naturally, that makes a significant different when you're trying to sell a home. I would definitely recommend Places.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
• Complimentary House-Call Consultation • Conceptual/Design Consultation – 2nd walk-through of site, preliminary room sketch, and in-depth discussion to ascertain style options and other project needs. • Design Development / Presentation – complete measurements and take inventory of items staying in space. Finalize and present design options/ recommendations and requirements. • Provide layout with furnishings, color schemes, interior finishes, wall, floor, window and lighting treatment. • Create and oversee a project plan to include acquiring products, referring contractors, coordinating deliveries and installations, arranging furnishings and accessories, home styling etc. Oversee work from start to finish.
