- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't charge any fee if I can't fix the problem. If the customer decides to give me something for just looking at the problem, then fine. I want to make sure people don't get ripped off and that the prices are fair and reasonable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know the customer first, which makes it easier for us to know each other and build trust and rapport.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to school full time for half a year and worked right after on residential/light commercial HVAC systems.
