Mr. Eugene is very patient with the kids. My daughter had two lessons that she basically cry for the entire lesson. Mr. Eugene was patient and kept encouraging her. Finally, she decided to swim again and getting better in swimming with his teaching after the 7th lesson. She is not afraid of water, very comfortable to do her bubble underwater. Eugene is very professional and responsive. I would recommend him to any parents that need private swim lesson.Aug 21, 2018Verified
The set up: My friend and I are adult females that cannot swim properly or even at all. There's lack of technique and a heavy fear of drowning. Eugene instantly gives us a large dose of confidence and ease. His explanations are to the point, he's encouraging and technical and knows exactly what we as individuals are capable of at that point in time. My friend went from not going near the deep end to of course I'm in the deep end in three sessions! He explains everything so clear that he helps us adjust instantly. Would recommend for everyone and a great workout so happy afterwards and a wonderful sleep at night. We look forward to our swim lesson every week!Aug 14, 2018Verified
As an adult learner, I found Eugene to be extremely patient. He not only talked me through the basics, he also helped me through my mental roadblocks. He is very encouraging and allows you to advance to learning the next technique or continue where you are comfortable at. After only one lesson, I felt more confident in the water and mastered floating and underwater breathing. I can’t wait for my next lesson and am already planning to sign my godchildren up for lessonsJul 6, 2018Verified
Eugene is great! Very easy to work with and committed. He was amazing with our 3 1/2 year old daughter! Showed up on time, connected with her, communicated well and made her feel comfortable. When she struggled with removing her floaties, he patiently talked her through it, and allowed her to feel safe. By the end of the lesson, she took them off by herself and was swimming around with him holding her. It was a big step and made her proud. We highly recommend him as a swim coach and look forward to more lessons!Jul 2, 2018Verified
