- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge based on complexity of a case and assessed risk. I can be hired on retainer for long term complex cases that require more attention. Typically those are at a fixed rate that is a total based on the expected amount of hours per work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I first like to assess the needs of a client before beginning a new case. I am very attentive during the screening process and make no assumptions until I have heard all of the facts and details. It is important that clients provide me with all of the information I'll need prior to beginning any work. During a case, a client can be expected to receive updates set at their requested increment. After all expected work is done I make a detailed written report and deliver it in a method decided by the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Six years United States Air Force Security Forces. Patrolman, BDOC controller, Unit training instructor. One year in the private sector as a security staff agent assigned to high profile clients. Graduate of the Gavin De Becker Advanced Protection Skills Academy.
