- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hello, My rates are very competitive and I will always offer more value and go the extra mile to make your experience and end product GREAT! Call me anytime to discuss your project and vision.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would meet with you and anyone involved in the production to get the basic information, we would then go over the story line of our project and then explore the different locations that we would use. We would set up a shoot date and I would forward you the shot sheets and all information regarding the shoot. My clients opinion matters that why we make you apart of the entire process, from location to final cut.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
