Introduction: I have been teaching ballroom and Latin dances for 21 years. My specialty and passion are with salsa and tango and I continue my studies traveling nationwide and abroad, developing a core curriculum that makes learning easier. Louisville has a wonderful music and dance scene and connecting with others at social venues is a lifelong enjoyment. We're never too old to learn to dance!
I am a born teacher and have found fulfillment and joy in helping others express themselves through partnership and music on the dance floor.

In all my time seeking training in Louisville I have found no one who had a better grasp of every partnership dance currently popular in the United States. Her eye for technical detail combined with her dedication to true connection help me turn my dance into art. Not only that, but Cherie is so approachable she removed any intimidation I had about different dances.
