I don't normally leave reviews, except to complain. LOL. But, I'm so impressed with Zen Windows that I had to share my positive experience. We had a local window company give us a bid for 10 windows. When they came to our house it turned into a very awkward situation. I've not been in such a high pressure scenario in a long time and I won't ever let it happen again. My husband all but had to throw this sales guy out of our home because he kept trying to get us to buy on the spot by dropping prices, telling us we could only get the price if we agreed to buy now. After that was over, we did some more looking around and found Zen Windows which was the only window company able to give us a solid price over the phone without coming to our home. We loved that Dan never tried to play games with us. He was very transparent with the price and how his process would go should we decide to move forward. Long story short, we have our 10 new windows which look really nice and we can tell a big difference in our homes temperature and not having to run the furnace as much. Thank you Zen Windows!

Of all my previous experiences dealing with contractors, this was by far the most pleasant. Daniel treated my very well and was always quick to call me back or answer a question via email. The customer service was superb. As for the product, A+ as far as I'm concerned. The sliding door and new bay window were measured correctly, ordered and installed beautifully, all without my pocketbook being opened. Zen Windows get the highest marks from me.
