- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before I begin working with a client I go through an evaluation process where I can determine the client’s level of mobility, strengths/weaknesses, imbalances within the body, and also establish any injury or past trauma to the body. Discuss your yoga or other fitness experience, your goals, your lifestyle. Based off of the evaluation, we build a plan that includes what the client would like to achieve through their yoga practice and what they may need through a yoga practice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Fascial Stretch Therapist, through the Stretch to Win Institute. I have been practicing yoga for over five years. I am a certified 200 hour yoga teacher, studying under Meghan Currie.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
During my time teaching I’ve had the privilege to work with a variety of people ranging from beginners to seasoned practitioners. Women and men. Expecting moms and athletes. Ballet dancers and people with injuries. I have worked with professionals who need a quick well rounded practice to build strength, mobility and mindfulness. Bachelorette parties who want to have a great time and flow. Yogis from all walks of life and of all body types.
