- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have set prices for our services. However, there is a sliding scale of pricing for clients who are students, or can demonstrate financial hardship.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with an initial consultation and create a plan of action to address the issues the client has and the goals they want to achieve. After that we embark upon a process of coaching and training over a number of days, weeks, or months depending on the needs of the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
