- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically quote my hourly rate, but organizing packages are also available. The rate depends on the type of job. Call me to find out more!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, when a potential client contacts me, I set up a phone call to get information from the person about the job needed. I also use that time as a opportunity for the potential client to ask me questions. I offer resources over the phone, and then we set up an organizing visit; this is when I would come to the client's home and help her/him organize and declutter.
