I LOVE the Verve Ballroom! I can't say enough about how wonderful it is. The teachers are so friendly and talented, the dancers are very welcoming and fun and all in all, I feel so very lucky to have this dancing option in the community. We all need the Verve Ballroom. I appreciate the email announcements and have promised myself to attend some of the special functions, like fundraisers to support up and coming talent and holiday themed events. My hope is to be able to get away on Friday nights to participate in these wonderful and affordable dances. My only problem is one that is probably true for many long married ladies; a wonderful husband who hates to dance! I would feel awkward coming to the Verve without a partner, and having to monopolize someone else's husband or partner. I would gladly be on a list of people who would be happy to partner with someone, who like myself, loves to dance but has a spouse who doesn't. I am sure I am among hundreds of women whose husbands hate to dance, so this list would probably be filled with gals like myself. Notwithstanding, I LOVE the Verve. Keep up the good work!

My experience, going to dances and taking lessons, both private and group, at the Verve Ballroom has been a very positive one. The owners and dance instructors are very welcoming and helpful. My private lessons with Za have enhanced my social dancing so much by his emphasis on teaching me technique, as well as patterns and effective follow methods. Terry's music at the dances is always fantastic. I would recommend the Verve to beginning and experienced dancers alike for a beneficial learning as well as social experience. Judith
