Brooke shot a video for Snohomish County Big Brothers Big Sisters a few years back supporting our Kids Book Club program. Her expertise and kindness enabled not only our nonprofit to use this video for promotion and funding but the kids to feel special building their confidence and self esteem. Thank you Brooke !!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For weddings I have set prices and packages. For all other videos prices may vary.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk with my customers about what they are envisioning and desire in a video and then help come up with the right video for them. I will then work with their budget for a price quote. Once I have a rough draft of the video I have my customer review the footage and request any changes and/or adjustments they want to make. I make the desired changes and/or adjustments and send them the final product.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in this industry for 5 years.
