Tommy is by far the best trainer that I have ever worked with. His transcript is very impressive from his education in anatomy and physiology, his experience in personal, group and nutritional training for over 15 years, and his Muay Thai background having trained with some of the world's best. I have seen huge results in the way I look and in the way I feel. He explains exactly why you need to do specific exercises and incorporates strength training, aerobic conditioning as well as body posture and positioning. I have achieved goals that I never thought possible and have been able to prove to myself that I can accomplish anything that I set my mind to. Thank you Tommy for all the time, dedication and support.

Tommy is an excellent trainer who brings both his experience as a fighter and his academic knowledge of the body into his sessions. His training is challenging, informative, and world-class. Tommy is a wonderful and very professional trainer. I had a pleasure working with him for over a year during and after my pregnancy. His training methods were very innovative and very purpose oriented, helping me manage my pregnancy weight through his functional training methods and later, loose weight after I had my baby. I would definitely recommend his personal training service to anybody, whether they are looking to get in shape, loose weight or just simply want to enjoy their workouts.
