- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Packages are the way to go however not all clients want a package, they like to CUSTOMIZE their events. I am personally at all the events I get hired for to make sure all runs in order. I can only be designing the event or I can plan the entire event from start to finish, I will be there to ensure everything runs to perfection on the area I was hired for. Basic full event planning services not including any other services start at $1,000.00. 25% down deposit is required to close a date with me the day of signing contract. Event MUST be paid in full 30 days before event. ANY EVENT BOOKED BETWEEN NOW AND DECEMBER 31, 2018 WILL RECEIVE AN ADDITIONAL 15% DISCOUNT. Event MUST be executed before December 31, 2018.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my customers first and foremost, Either by a phone call or meeting in person. I create a rapport with them and then build from that point. I ask as many questions as I can, listen to the ideas they have and incorporate mine with it. Give an approximate quote for the job considering their budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BA in Business but concentrated in the hospitality business. Over 15 years of event planning services on hand.
