- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For weddings we do offer three standard packages to choose from. For all other events we do an hourly rate, unless negotiated otherwise.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we set an initial meeting or phone call to understand your vision of the event and where you're looking for help. We then work to be on the same page as far as planning process and how much or little you would like us to be involved. We're also open to communicating in whatever method is most comfortable for you - email, phone or in person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 5 years of experience in the Madison event industry and multiple positions coordinating logistics, project managing and creative enterprises.
