My pricing is set by project type, estimated length of project, distance to travel and hours client is available.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20+ years working with Windows operating systems and Microsoft products. I have extensive experience in networking, security, switches, routers, data backup, migrations, upgrades and software applications.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was shocked to learn how much major tech support outfits where charging consumers. I wanted to offer my expertise at reasonable prices. Clients shouldn't have to bust their bank accounts to get computer training or support.
