FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is different, we like to sit down with the client and get a grasp on the scope of the work before we give an estimate. For the most part each job is priced the same way, its all based on an hourly rate for any planning, production, or post-production, an equipment fee, and any licenses we may need to purchase.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It usually starts with a meeting over some coffee. We like to keep it casual and get to know our clients before going on an adventure with them. It helps us prepare for what type of project we will be assisting them with and reveals what tools we will need to pack for the journey. Each project follows the same 4 steps: Exploration - We like to call this, "Doing our homework." It's our job to learn as much as we can about your company, audience, and the passion behind what you do. This is how we begin to craft our approach to making your project unique and personal. We dont use any cookie cutters here. Besides, we prefer brownies anyway. Strategy - After we gather all the research from our findings, we cultivate a plan, that we believe, is the best possible solution for our clients. This is where we get creative with ideas and use massive amounts of sticky notes and white board space. We may even go bananas with a rough storyboard. Construction - Once we have our plan of attack, we then organize our ninjas to capture your story. Once captured, they will ship the footage to our editing lab where we can start to craft your film. With cuts, splices, inserts, and any other necessary edits needed for your story, we will create the final video. Delivery - After weve decided on the final sequence, we will prep the film for delivery. We can deliver the video in any format requested and we ensure it will arrive on time and in record time. We take pride in our work and you should feel like a million bucks after we deliver it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our training includes attendance of film workshop in Southeast Asia, the Muse Storytelling Process, and hands-on training with official film making equipment re-sellers.
