- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is standard starting rates, but also a lot of variables to the pricing. We work with you to best understand your needs and create decor to fit your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet to talk about your event and any and all details that help us to make it awesome, including budget, theme, colors, location, number of guests, etc. Then we work up a proposal for you sometimes including drawings and email it to you. Once you review it and approve it, a 50% deposit is paid and we are booked for your event. We show up at the event, on-time or early, install the decor, receive remaining balance, and leave you to have a great time with guests that are enjoying your decor not only through the event, but in memories long after the event is over.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Amanda has 6+ years of experience, has taken numerous classes and conferences to continue developing her skills, and is a member of the Qualatex Balloon Network. In addition to being an active member in the balloon industry, Amanda has obtained her accredited CBA certification and is the only practicing Certified Balloon Artist in the State of NH and less than 3,500 worldwide.
