She was very professional but also has a sense of humor, which I appreciated because I was very nervous and she really made me feel confident and as an added bonus, she also did the photography and her work is exceptional. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We go above and beyond. Every service starts with a base fee, but we are happy to accommodate any special request you may have. Short notice? No problem! We’ve fulfilled weddings on less than 24 hours notice!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whenever possible we take our time to get to know the clients and build rapport with them. They are more than a job to us.
