- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all I always communicate time sensitivity and make sure I have a great understanding of what they want and that I follow through with it. I always try to let them know as a makeup artist I prep the skin because as an Esthetician I know what the skin needs before makeup and most of my clients appreciate that I take the extra 10 minutes to prep the skin and give them some knowledge of how to take care of the skin and they love it and most of the time feel pampered which is even better! I always start with skin care first a good clean face with a toner and then a moisturizer and following a primer so the makeup lays smoothly on the skin with no irritation and then start applying makeup.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
