A consummate professional!! Mr Starr's myriad of talent has blessed me tremendously. His training covers all the facets of the acting profession and equips you to stand confidently in your talent. My daughter has been taking acting classes from Mr. Starr for all of her middle school years into high school. I've seen her improve in strides not only with acting but confidence and prescence on stage. She is now able to fill the stage with her character. I would highly reccomend Mr. Starr.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For my clients that train at my studio in Marietta, the base price is $75 a month for four one hour sessions. I also do workshops for Acting Troupes, Drama Ministries, and on Set Coaching.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication... Acting, in it's purest form is communication. Getting to know my clients his a must. Every talent is on this journey for his or her own purpose, trying to reach their own particular goal. My job as an Acting Coach is to help you find your own particular truth. Easier to meet the Talent where they are and assist them in reaching their goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Educator, and have worked as a Theatre Arts Teacher for 15 years. Currently I am the Managing Director of the New African Grove Theatre Company, as well as Owner, and Artistic Director of Young Voices United Performance Arts School. I am well versed in Theatre as well as Film Acting. I am a Professional Actor, currently represented by Houghton Talent Agency.
