- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a pricing system that is written in stone . I am very consistent and wish I could say it's going to be x amount for this deck, or addition, grass trimming. It just doesn't work as well, plus the customer and I always get to meet and talk about project. This prevents any potential miscommunication as well. No job the same.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone or text conversation to set up an appointment to qoute job and talk over your project. Then if customer decides to choose me. They just text or call me to let me know. Then we get you scheduled when you want us to start. Then get the work done as soon as possible
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 25 years on job experience. I am OSHA certified. I Stay as up to date as I can to southern building code. I have wastewater certificate. I have arc flash training. The most important thing is....... My on site experience
