- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
VT&T's tutoring and test prep typically ranges from $20 to $50 per hour and quotes are give on a per customer basis. Our resume services typically range from $100 to 250, but can increase based on add-ons, and quotes are given on a per customer basis. For more information on other services not listed, contact us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
VT&T typically starts with a free 30 minute consultation, either in person or over the phone. Once the consultation is complete, and based on the customer's needs, a custom action plan is made. Lastly, your sessions begin and we put your custom-made action plan into action.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
VT&T has been providing tutoring and test prep services since 2009.
