- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each repair is unique so our pricing reflects the amount of time needed to complete the work. We save customers money mostly by eliminating transportation costs, completing the work on site, and efficient and confident in the processes we perform
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We request pictures via texting or email for a quick response for an estimate. We send a formal quote as well as respond with a phone call within 30 minutes of receiving pictures
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have worked with leading furniture manufactures and warranty companies to develop efficient processes to be more effective in the field. We are considered at the top of our trade; a master craftsman with over 40 years experience in custom furniture making.
