Terrible. Removed wiring inside, when I had warranty come our they said it was just missing the wiring. Given it worked prior to replacement of cover, then he quoted me 250 for replacement parts.. . Scam. Do not use this guy!

Why you posted this 4 full months after our service call is a bit of a mystery. As was explained and shown to you at the time, there WAS wiring and other pieces missing - but that was missing before our technician arrived, certainly not anything we removed. The quote provided was BECAUSE parts were missing and needed to be replaced. It definitely looked as if someone had tried and failed badly to repair the dishwasher before our arrival.
If the dishwasher was under warranty (you didn't inform us of that), I'm not sure why you called a non-warranty company. And if sometime during the 4 full months between your service call and this "review" you had made any attempt to contact us and communicate your dissatisfaction, we would have worked with you to reach an equitable resolution, because customer satisfaction is our absolute top priority - as evidenced by our other favorable reviews.

He came in on time diagnosed the problem , he didn't try to up charge very nice. I would recommend their service to anyone with appliance issues. Thank you again for being an A-1 provider. I really appreciate it.
