Truly OUTSTANDING service. The installation team was effective and even offered to assist with TV setup after installation - over and above what I signed up for. I can’t say enough. They will definitely be my go to guys in the future.

Isaiah and Corey were fantastic, they explained everything clearly and were focused on making sure everything was great (even making a quick run to Home Depot to make sure they had the right materials for the TV mounting). Definitely recommend them if you have a project and want it done right!

Great experience, I look forward to working together again! I reached out to Brian to get my TV mounted as well as some AV components rewired; I had some reservations bout having the tv mounted since the room has wood paneling facade on the wall but Corey from Brian’s team had no issue handling. Entire job was done flawlessly and our home theater room looks amazing now. Especially appreciate the communication throughout, they reach out day before, day of and shortly before arrival. On top of that, their tech Corey checked in with if he felt I should yay or nay anything that was being done. A+ work from top to bottom!

I wanted to get Security Camera system installed at my house. I reached out to Brian on Thumbtack and he responded. One of his employees Isaiah Ortega came out to install the cameras at my place. Very neat installation. Isaiah did fantastic job installing the cameras and very nice guy. I have used their services back in 2021 as well. Jason Gibson and Isaiah Ortega are easily the best two professionals I've ever hired. Both were exceptionally talented workers that went the extra mile to install a security system, 86 inch TV, sound system, and all the fixings. They cleaned up after themselves and helped me move some things that they definitely didn't have to. They cable managed and got all the settings right. I recommend them for all your installations.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer competitive pricing. I can often times beat most big box stores or price match.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer project always begins with a phone consultation. From the consultation, we can decide if I will need to visit the site in order to perform a site survey before starting work. A detailed estimate follows the consultation or site survey. Upon approval of the estimate, scheduling of the job will be agreed upon and we will get to work. A final invoice will follow upon job completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I feel as though I am a teacher at heart and love this side of my job. Technology can be confusing to some but I am able to patiently and expertly train my customers how to effectively use their new systems.
