- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, for a standard home $65/tax for bi-monthly maintenance. This includes rodent control and equipment. Most services require specific prevention/maintenance plans. So costs can fluctuate based on time spent at accounts and/or required elimination processes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Earning the client's trust is paramount. I'm not here to steal your money or take advantage of you. I founded the company so I could serve those in need of my knowledge and skill set. Generate a positive 1st impression based on knowledge of the clients needs and follow that up with the most elite service in the industry. I don't leave until the problems are alleviated.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up in the industry, my father began in pest control in 1982. I started my career in 2010. I've been a specialist in multiple facets of the industry and can perform any job related to pest maintenance. I am licensed in multiple categories through the Texas Department of Agriculture which requires me to perform Continued Education Units on a frequent basis to maintain my licenses. I'm actually a Certified teacher for the state of Texas too. I have a bachelor's degree in Education and I'm constantly seeking to gain more knowledge to enhance my abilities and skill sets.
