Extremely nice in correspondence but I believe they "squeezed" us in because they were in the area. We were flexible with scheduling so I believe it was just more convenient for them to squeeze us in and they ended up not getting to the house until 8pm-ish and they finished around 9-ish and you could tell the job was rushed. I ended up having to trim our little girl again because the cut was lopsided in several areas. Most uncomfortable part was this was a husband doing the grooming while his wife and small children (still in car seats) were in the back of the truck. My husband and I felt bad that the family was out so late. I think if they didn't squeeze us in the job would have been quite good. They do need quite a bit of space to park their truck/trailer so keep that in mind for parking. Stuff happens so we will likely try them again and see what service we get when we aren't squeezed in for an appointment. Maybe something earlier in the day so the truck fits in front of the house and he isn't rushing to get the family home. Update: Wow, received an email from Kimberly. She said she posted an update here but I cannot see any response. Guess they weren't happy with my honest review so they say they refunded half for the grooming and the tip and I was told another groomer would better fit our family. Surprised because I don't believe I was derogatory I just explained the way my husband and I felt with our first service. However, based upon the response from Kimberly we will take our business elsewhere as suggested and I would offer if you use this business don't mention anything was off or wrong with the service or you may get a similar response. Sorry that my honesty was not received in a profession manner. Best of luck in the future.

We reached out in order to apologize personally that our service fell short of her expectations. You should be comfortable with your groomer and we were very sad to hear we did not offer that. We issued a partial refund, including tip, because our goal is to make our clients happy and sadly, that was not the case here. We truly hope that this family finds the best fit for their babies' grooming needs. We are sorry that our service and response was not up to par for this client.
