- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will not be the lowest-priced service, but I can customize any quote to meet your budget and priorities. You do not have to commit to having your entire home cleaned if you only want a few rooms cleaned, for example. We also guarantee our service. If we miss something, we will come back and clean again or provide you with an appropriate credit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We quote the job on how many hours it should take which is a good starting point, and we charge approximately $40 to $50/hour for the first service. Sometimes a deep or baseline clean will take longer than subsequent visits, or require more people at first, but the quoted bid stays the same. Although we try to get in and out of time, your "dirt" and home's materials/humidity levels, and the chemicals used previously, all make an impact on how effective our cleaning methods or solvents will be at a first visit. We have to get to know your space and orient ourselves to what works best in your environment. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Business but was formerly a Chemical Engineering major. I've worked in this industry for several years. I also screen any associates I work with and provide training before we arrive at your home. We follow sanitary procedures and understand chemicals, allergens, molds, and bacteria and stay current on the most effective methods for safely cleaning your home or business for all occupants--including pets!
