Introduction: Music for the Heart offers innovative, highly energetic and effective teaching strategies for violin enthusiasts that want to learn how to play "Music from the Heart." With over a decade of teaching experience, my students learn and grow in their musical giftings and talent while having a great time. Music for the Heart also offers solo violin and or guitar music for special events, weddings, ceremonies and special occasions. With several decades of experience, including, tv, weddings and custom venues, it has always been a joy to have the opportunity to share one of my greatest passions; playing the violin. I take great pride in my attention to the progress, development, implementation and growth of my students to optimize their gifts and talents as musicians. Each child and student will begin with an overall assessment with a tailored lesson plan to optimize their unique talent in a manner that is comfortable and compatible with their learning style. The first lesson is a free 30 minute session to assess skill level and to see if we are a good match.

Nicole is simply phenomenal both as a violin teacher and as a person. She has been giving my 12 year old daughter violin lessons for a little over a year now, and I am very pleased with my daughters progress. What is heartening to see is that my daughter has progressed not only in her musical skills, but Nicole's approach to teaching seems to have helped my daughter evolve around her music as a person too! I am impressed as to how patient Nicole is with children, and how much more the extra mile she is ready to go for her students. She is a great role model for children. I highly recommend Nicole as a violin teacher. She is quite amazing!

"Nicole is a professional violinist with a high degree of knowledge in music and in performance through her instrument. She has collaborated with different music groups in conferences and also as a soloist at weddings. She has been playing her violin since childhood, and the passion she carries when she is playing is a delight to hear. Nicole did a Wonderful Job for us with our Holiday Dinner in Our Senior Care Home, she was punctual and very talented: Played a lot of variety of Holiday songs, and has great Stamina you can truly tell she's been playing for many years, only wish she was playing with a group, that would truly show off her talent. ! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first violin lesson is a free 30 minute assessment of skill level and to see if we are a good match. Based upon that first session, will tailor a lesson plan that suits the unique personality and skill set of the student.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up with some of the finest musicians and teachers who were acclaimed artists and teachers. I have a Masters degree in the area of Human Development and have been a college professor for 4-years and a violin teacher for 18 years. I am also a performing artist and play at many venues; including tv studios, weddings, parties and special occasions.
