- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the wants and needs of each individual. For each service I am competitive. I provide quality service to each customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know them and find out what styles they have had in the past that they have liked or not liked so much. I listen to what they would like to see and what works for them. I will also give them my professional opinion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years years of experience and on the job training. I have done several hair shows and taught classes. I am licensed. I went to cosmetology school and have 1600 credit hours. I have also worked on models hair for fashion runways.
