- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes! Because I am returning to South Florida and beginning a new practice here, I'm offering a WELCOME RATE of 75.00 to my new patients. I also am on most insurance panels.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Hi! After many years I know it's important to be professional, but also easy going and friendly! You can call my direct cell and we will make an appoint time and that works for you. On our first meeting I just have 1 page for you to fill in and then we will just talk about whatever is going on. I use a cognitive behavioral approach, so at the end of our hour I will give you a list of the goals we talked about and some behavioral suggestions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Ph.D from Case Western Reserve University. I went to Barry for undergrad!
