To start~ this was my 1st time leaving Rocco (Boston Terrier) & Giuseppe (cat). Last minute travel left me searching many services. So Thankful Sandra replied to my frantic request needing someone to stop by & make sure my guys were ok. I received many photos & daily updates making this stressful situation a breeze! Sandra was amazing with my kitties. I was scared to let them by themselves but she was lovely and sent me pictures everyday. Thank you so much for your help ❤️❤️❤️Jan 3, 2018VerifiedFluffy's Day Out's reply

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? The first thing I always do I get to know the customer's needs, and get to know how the pet I have to be in charge of is. I try to make my customers see me like a friend, and specially the new furry friend(s) I am meeting. I'm always gonna try to fill my customer's needs!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I have always loved animals. When i was a little girl my family would say I was going to have a Zoo when I grew up because I always wanted to have a new and different pet to take care of. At one point I got to have: dogs, cats, hamsters, parakeets, turtles, and fish, all at the same time. I discovered this is my passion, but since I cannot have all the animals in the world, I decided to give my love to other people's pets, that way I feel complete and at the same time I help you with your furry friends when you are not around.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?I have pets too and I consider them my babies. When I can't take care of them I always find myself in a big dilema because it is hard to find someone to trust your furry friends to. So if you are thinking of hiring someone, make sure that person knows how to take good care of your pet; it is not only about saying "oh look, it's so cute". No! It is about having a responsibility and knowing that if anything happens that person has to take care of the situation. Talk to the person and pay attention to how they express themselves towards animals and if they not only like looking at the them, but interacting with them. Get an answer to all the questions you might have because it is a huge relief to know your pet is going to be in good hands.
