Introduction: I'm a professional ballet dancer and teacher from France. I learned with great ballet star in France and I really would like to transmit my knowledge. I also teach modern jazz, contemporary,pilate and wedding dances. I can be your personal trainer too. I ll adapt a specific program for you. I have been dance teacher and personal trainer for 10 years. I'm very careful to body placement to avoid muscle injury and to work in the right direction. Ballet is very good for your body placement and for your muscles by stretching your figure. It's also good for the relationship with music and for the coordination.
