My air condition unit was not blowing out cool air and it began to get extremely hot!! I googled a few places and the had some of the most outrageous prices. I stumbled upon BNG appliance repair and was astounded with how inexpensive they were!! they came in did their job and had my AC unit fixed in no time.

When Mr. Greene got there, he told me that the clutch for washer was bad...cost for part and labor was $290...I told him for that price, I might as well buy a new one. I gave him $60 cash..service call was $55...he said he will email me a receipt and the price was good for 7 days minus the $60 I gave him. I am still waiting for that receipt. I was finally able to get my normal technician to come out and look at it. I told him what the other technician said about the clutch, my guy went into detail to show me how to tell whether the clutch was bad. It was not the clutch, in fact, there was nothing wrong with the machine. He said it was just "one of those things" that happens to commercial washers when in heavy use. In conclusion, do I think BNG was trying to rip me off...I would not say that, just that his assessment was way off...you as the consumer can decide for yourself after reading this if you want to use his service.

Thank you for your review sir. However the clutch is what spins the basket if you overload unit clutch burns out. Eventually the clutch will have to be replaced so the diagnostic was not off it called preventive maintenance. Because if it happens again then you would have to call me out to replace so I told you that the clutch will need to be replace soon.
