Introduction: I modify every workout session to best fit with the level of physical fitness of the client. I make sure the client sets a goal that is attainable and will work relentlessly until that goal is met. I value team work and believe that the trainer and client must work as a team in order to be successful.
I have many years of experience in teaching taekwondo, kickboxing, and circuit training classes to all ages. I also have experience working as a physical therapy technician where I learned the safe and correct way to perform exercises in order to prevent and/or rehabilitate injuries. I enjoy catering to a clients specific needs and enjoy creating workout routine that will be diverse, fun, safe, and effective.
