FAQs
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A recent project that I am fond of is my latest dance routine tessellate(See link in media). This routine was made in Georgia where I used to live 4 years ago and When I love about this piece is that it is intricate and smooth. I do compare to tai-chi a little lol but it has been one of my favorite routines. My wife was actually my first student and best friend learning along with helping me start this routine.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would say wherever you go and whoever you are learning from ask questions! Do not be afraid to ask because that is how you learn. Even if you dont understand the moves on the first day. Keep pushing! keep going! As a dancer or learning how to dance ask questions during the class and ask questions after the class to the choreographer. For example: Whether your having private lessons or in a group you ca ask questions such as hey! is there anything I need to work on? or what is the count for this move? etc. Either way your choreographer will help you and be there for you to encourage on you journey.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Questions you can ask is what song are we dancing to today?(To mentally prepare yourself). Can I ask questions during or after class? What should I wear? (sneakers? pants? tank top? etc) Where can I find the song we are dancing too? The more questions you have the better for you to understand and feel comfortable.
