- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we discuss current lifestyle and conduct a interview with the client. Topics such as career, nutrition, sleep, fitness, and stress are covered. We set up client goals, short term and long term, so we can set a clear path to achieve those goals. Then a movement assessment is performed to give information to our trainers. This shows us how the client moves and if there is any pain, discomfort or difficulty with a movement. The trainer now has the information to create a well rounded, personalized fitness system for the client.

Rinaldi Performance has worked with Olympians and professional chefs, to CEO's and psychologists, and everyone in between. We don't have a 1 size fits all approach. Whoever you are, whatever the goal, we can help you achieve it.
