Introduction: I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety and other disorders using various forms of counseling. My aim is to bring about positive changes in feelings, thoughts, attitudes, and behaviors, as you learn new ways to view and cope with problems or periods of life transitions. Counseling can also lead to personal growth as you develop insights about yourself, others and the events in your life. I take an integrative wellness approach to help clients achieve a desired work / life / self-care balance.
I get excited when i work with clients who come in feeling very stressed or at a low point in their lives and slowly they begin to shift toward a more calm and empowered stance. Life's challenges often times can almost seem unbearable and cause stress in our personal lives, our partner, or our families. Many times these situations can lead one to depression, anxiety, isolation, or health problems. My aim is to bring a healthy self, life, work, balance to clients.
