Introduction: I have been designing decorating and selling both residential and commercial spaces for over two decades. I work in Commercial Real Estate and love the design aspect of complex projects. I use project management tools to reduce cost and increase the effectiveness of contractors, deliveries and permitting (when applicable). Its important to have a great eye for impactful design, but its more important to truly understand how to work within the constraints of the building rules, city permitting requirements, contractors deliverables. Managing all of these complex parts in harmony is what I'm really good at. I love the seeing a clients idea become the reality they didn't even imagine. Its all about the WOW factor.
