Excellent training, he's very experienced and professional, I would highly recommend him!Oct 17, 2017
Ever since I started training with Jon, I've smashed through my limitations and I've been able to gain the size and strength I wanted. Talking to Jon, you realize he has a lot of experiencing in training and offered me great strategies for diet and working out that has gotten me to where I am now. I am super happy to recommend him to anyone interested in getting fitter or (like me) getting bigger!Oct 7, 2017

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Once the client pays upfront, the money is non-refundable. If the client wants me to design a nutritional program it’ll cost them an extra $20 for every meal plan I make them to follow every few weeks to a month. If a client wants to bring a friend into the group or a few other people then I will drop the pricing down from what I usually charge for one person for the hour to $30 each instead. If a client refers a new client and he or she signs up with me, then I will give that client a free session to train.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I usually meet with a new client one on one either at their house or another location that they will like to meet instead for our first consultation. From there we discuss about the clients goals, their overall lifestyle when it comes to fitness and wellbeing, our compatibility, any health problems that need to be outlined before we begin and sign a waiver/release form before our training session. After discussing all of that, we go to scheduling, how many times a week we will see each other for training and the price for the training services after going through the consultation meeting. Before I start training a new client, the client must pay a minimum of 10 sessions before we start training. But if the client wants to try a session out before committing to the whole 10 sessions, it will be $70 for that one time training service. Again the money is non-refundable once the client makes the payment. The client can use up the 10 sessions whenever and however they want to as long as they use it up within a year from the time they purchase it. The client must also cancel a minimum of 6 hours before we start training or there will be a late cancellation fee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). I graduated from Florida International University (FIU) with a Bachelors in Psychology. I have been training clients for the past 5-6 years now and I have helped various clients of all different backgrounds. My extensive background as an athlete has helped me tremendously to help other people meet their fitness needs and training for martial arts. I have done track and field, cross-country wrestling an judo during my high school years. I managed to be District Champion, 2nd Place in the Region and placed 6th at the State Championships in wrestling all in one year. I started judo at the age of 6 and my accomplishments include being two-time senior men’s national champion, two-time world team member, 3rd Place at the Judo Pan-American Championships, placing in many World Cup tournaments and being ranked number 34 in the world. I am currently a third degree black belt (Sandan) and have been training in judo for over 20 years now. All of this training and competition background has helped me gather all of the knowledge necessary to transform ones body into the best version that they can possibly be.
