- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on what services you need. After discussing your vision for the event we then discuss your budget. We work with you to keep that budget and not go over while still providing you with your dream event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first start out with discussing your event ideas and vision for your event. Then we talk a little about you, your likes and dislikes. Once we do that we discuss your budget and how we can help you. From there our process may change depending upon the type of event but we are always keeping your ideas in mind with constant communication available for any questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although our company is fairly new we have been planning, decorating and coordinating events since 2010.
