Customers needing a home inspection should be careful when selecting an inspector and verify credentials and education. The State of Ohio does not require a home inspector to be licensed. You want to be certain your inspector is: -Formally Educated -Experienced -Carry both General Liability and Errors & Omissions Insurance -A member of a home inspection organization

Purchasing a home is probably the biggest investment of your life. Do not be lured by low-ball quotes. Any inspector worth his salt will charge a fair price.
