We have worked with a wide variety of customers, ranging from helping individuals with personal computer/networking problems to providing technical solutions for small and large businesses. No problem is too big or too small of us to solve!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be mindful of people out to make a quick buck and fly-by-night operations. Unfortunately there are plenty of people who will try to rip you off and do unnecessary repairs. We always try to go the extra mile to help our customers by providing the best advise possible, helping them save money and headaches.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
How much do you value your device and the data it may contain? Despite our best efforts, at times repairs can become expensive and you need to know how much you are willing to invest in fixing a problem. At times it will be cheaper to purchase a good used computer rather than having your old one repaired.
