- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not charge any invoices in excess of three hours. To keep you happy, all services are completely guaranteed with no questions asked, refund and all, for 30 calendar days. We ask that if you have a pleasant (or negative!) experience working with Josh and the team, that you leave us a review to let others know however your experience has been.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new client is to first see if I can meet his or her need. If the need is able to be met, we discuss an estimate of price and hold myself to that estimate throughout the entire process. Through our CRM software, we are able to communicate with you and keep in touch via email updates and over the phone also, if desired. The entire length of time required to complete the project will be communicated right from the beginning. We desire to keep a quicker turnaround time for most projects, whenever possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire for Information Systems, Business Communications and German for Business Professions. Also, I have attained experience and earned qualifications in my current position as a Training Specialist for medical company in Minneapolis.
