- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything is very individualized and tailored specifically to each client. I offer virtual coaching and on occasion in-person training. While the majority of my coaching is virtual, I offer live one-on-one coaching in Saint Louis Park, Minnesota at a personal training studio. Virtual coaching is extremely tailored, so pricing is very hard to determine without completing a needs and wants consultation first. In regard to in-person one-on-one coaching, if I was to give a range, it would be between $45 - $70 Per Session depending on: how many sessions a week, what services you need, how long you want to work together... etc. Again we will be able to determine all of those things during our FREE consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe there is no such thing as a cookie-cutter approach to fitness; so with me, every service I offer is 100% unique and tailored to every individual client. Because of this, I highly recommend booking a FREE consultation with me first so we can identify what it is you're looking for. The consultation consists of the following: - Goals Assessment - Health Assessment - Education on the 5 Components of Fitness Success - A Structural Integrity Assessment (Postural Analysis) - V02 Max (Cardio Assessment) - Body Fat Analysis - Nutritional Analysis After the consultation is accomplished, we can then move forward with placing you and/or your team into a custom-tailored and progressive fitness program, this is also when we will go over any costs and time commitments associated with the program. It's nearly impossible to properly give you an idea of how long our program will last, how much it will cost, and our plan of action without fully accomplishing a FREE consultation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 4 Personal Training certifications: ACE, NASM, NETA & BFS And have my CPR Certification
