- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge 10% of the total wedding cost, and can definitely set up a payment plan that works for my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will meet with the couple getting married at a mutual spot and discuss the basics such as what they expect of me, what I expect from them, what I am specifically going to do, and any ideas they already have in mind for their wedding. I will also give them an invoice and figure out what payment plan works best.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started by planning my wedding, and family member's weddings as well, and falling in love with the process of creating an unforgettable day.
