My experience working with Superior Exteriors MN was exceptional right from the beginning. The representative who came to my house for an estimate was incredibly friendly and he took the time to explain every step of the process and how his company goes the extra mile. He was also available and willing to answer any questions I had along the way. The only downside was a lack of communication on exactly when the project would take place, and I found out by the arrival of a dumpster in my driveway the day before. The replacement of my roof went very well. Their team showed up at 7 am when they said they would be there and finished by the time I arrived home from work. They made sure no debris was left or damage was done to any plants or yard furniture, and even took the time to move the furniture back to their original places after completion. The work that Superior Exteriors does is excellent, but communication is very important especially how everyone seems to have busier and busier schedules lately. I have another project lined up with them and I am looking forward to see the results.

I contacted Superior Exteriors to evaluate a leaking interior ceiling. Juan quickly responded and evaluated my whole roof and created a plan, explaining each step. I had easy communication via texts, my preference. My roof was replaced in a day, by courteous, detailed workers--I couldn't find a spec of debris or a nail after they cleaned up the work site! I've already recommended this company to a friend.

Steve and Juan are top notch. We are also an exterior contractor and needed additional help at the season because we were backed up and needed to get certain projects finished before winter came and these guys came through for us. Fast and extremely friendly service.

Re-siding due to pest/ bird damage. Juan and the guys with Superior Exteriors did a great job with our re-siding project. They were friendly, efficient, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we happy with the results.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a standard retail pricing system that is based on the fair market value determined by the Cost VS Value report.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We always start off with an initial consultation to determine the needs of the customer. 2. We pick the materials, colors, and scope of work to be complete. 3. A contract is written and down-payment is received. 4. Materials are ordered, permit is pulled, dumpster is delivered, and work is scheduled. 5. Work commences and an onsite project manager is present. 6. When work is complete a final inspection is scheduled with the homeowners. 7. A lien waiver is given to the homeonwers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are GAF certified installers. Energy auditor certified. Pella certified installers. Lead paint certificate.
